Late Policy
At SALON ELL, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality of service for each client. In order to ensure that all clients receive their full scheduled appointments, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, please be aware that arriving more than [10-15] minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule your appointment to ensure fairness to other clients.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a smooth schedule for all our valued clients.
No Show Cancelation Policy
At SALON ELL, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, please be aware that we may charge a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
This policy is in place to ensure that our stylists can accommodate all clients and maintain a smooth schedule for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible.

At SALON ELL, we strive to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction for our clients. However, due to the nature of our services and the time and resources invested, we have the following policy regarding refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can work to resolve any issues.
Refunds will not be issued for services received more than 2 weeks prior to the request.
In the event that a refund is deemed appropriate for a service received within the 2-week timeframe, we will issue it in the same form of payment originally used for the service.
All refunds are subject to approval by the salon management.
We kindly ask that you communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction with the service as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address and rectify the issue.

Gift Card Policy
Under Massachusetts law, a gift certificate must be redeemable for a minimum of seven years from its date of issuance and is not transferable to cash.
